Responsibilities:
All candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 extensive years of producing digital landscape designs 2D and 3D rendering of construction details by computer and layout using appropriate software.
Site visits to do measurements on dimensions of structures.
Take site pictures to assist with 3D designs.
Create basic Take-Offs.
Acquire zoning and building permits.
Prepare base plans and proposals.
Accurately files & scans documents.
Maintains records in orderly, organized style.
Enters client/vendor information into the computer.
Answer telephone calls Follow instructions as directed and completes tasks in a timely manner.
Accurately processes all computer data Prioritizes work responsibilities as needed.
Ensures work output is neat, orderly, complete and presented on time.
Proofreads and self-edits work products before presenting them as complete.
Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
All candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 extensive years of producing digital landscape designs Google Sketchup, Dynascape, Excel & Word knowledge are ALL a plus.
Strong sales skills to communicate design ideas effectively to clients Proven experience in landscape design and build projects Energetic, detailed oriented & multitasker.
Contracting company experience preferred, but not required.
Bilingual is a plus Job Type:
