NATURAL RESOURCE SPECIALIST/ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/PHYSICAL SCIENTIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
GS-12 POSITION:
Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
1) Apply technical or practical knowledge of natural resource management to resolve management and program problems; 2) Manages all aspects of the oil spill/release program through the Spill Prevention Containment and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Facility Response Plans (FRP); 3) Participates in the Station's Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and sustainment by conducting internal assessments and developing plans of action and milestones (POAMs) for resolution of compliance issues; and 4) Serves as the installation point of contact for the pest management program, and serves as a liaison between contract surveillance, installation Safety, Preventive Medicine and Environmental on pest management issues. GS-11 POSITION Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
1) Wildlife management and hunting program implementation; 2) Evaluates environmental assessments and background data to determine the impact on the Station and its mission to determine potential violations to applicable regulations ; 3) Reviews proposed actions and military construction projects, special projects and locally funded projects for appropriate environmental compliance; and 4) Organizes required spill drills and conducts inspections for non-compliance and recommends corrective actions. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
